Factory Reset for Connected Roller Shutters:
- Lower the blind or roller shutter completely. Ensure that the shutter is fully closed by pressing the appropriate control until it reaches the lowest possible position. This step is important to prepare the device for the reset process and ensures that the mechanism is in its default starting position.
- Press and hold the lower control area labelled as " ˅ ". Continue holding this button until you observe the LED bar flashing four times in succession. The flashing lights indicate that the device has registered your input and is initiating the factory reset procedure.
- Once the reset process has begun, the blind or roller shutter will move up automatically. This upward movement serves as a confirmation that the factory reset has been successfully carried out. The device is now restored to its original factory settings and ready for reconfiguration.
Factory Reset for Connected Dimmers:
- Turn off the light using the dimmer switch. Make sure that the light is completely switched off before proceeding to the next step, as this is necessary for the reset process to work correctly.
- Press and hold the button marked with the symbol " – ". Keep this button pressed down until the LED bar flashes four times. The sequence of flashes signals that the dimmer has recognised your command and is beginning the reset sequence.
- After the reset is initiated, the light will turn on and off automatically. This action acts as a confirmation that the factory reset has been completed successfully, and the dimmer is now restored to its original default settings, ready for further use or reconfiguration.
