Reset a password
This article describes the steps to follow when you forget your myHager account password.
To benefit from the services of the myHager platform, you must log in to your myHager account; however, you cannot access it without your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the procedures below.
After opening the Hager website, click on the icon displayed on the right of the page to access your account.

Click on ‘Forgot password’


Enter your email address and then click on ‘Validate’


When a message like this appears, you should check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password (if you do not receive it, click on ‘Resend me a new email’).


In the email you have received, click on ‘Create a password’


A new tab will open. First, create your new password (it must contain 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol). Then, confirm it, and click on submit.


Your new password has been saved. Please reopen the website to access your
account.
